Draft a Post

Queue a Photo Shoot

Upload the shoot's photos to a folder inside RC/Race, RC/Crawlers, or Graffiti on Drive, then paste the folder link here. The worker runs every 15 minutes: it edits every photo, renames them “<Folder Name> #”, puts the edited copies back in the folder, and archives the originals. RC shoots publish as their own gallery under /rc/photos/; Graffiti batches append to the single photo wall at /graffiti/photos/.

Queue RC Videos for YouTube

Upload videos to RC Race or RC Crawling on Drive (or a folder inside one), then paste the folder link here — a single video's file link works too. The worker runs every 15 minutes: it renames each new video “RC Racing #” / “RC Crawling #”, uploads it to YouTube, and adds it to the matching playlist. Uploads are scheduled releases that go live at 1800 MDT (max 2 per run — the rest stay queued and follow automatically). Re-pasting the same folder only uploads videos it hasn't seen before.

History

Idea Bank — shoot it, bank it, check it off

Brand Persona

  • Builder, racer, crawler, writer, artist — dark humor, real opinions, earned authority
  • Combat Aircrew / GWOT vet: proud of it, one thread not the whole feed
  • Positioning: Made by hand. Run on havoc.
  • Voice: short, punchy, zero corporate tone — the rant is a feature
How
  1. Every caption uses the Templates tab structure: hook line → one honest opinion → question or CTA. Max 3 hashtags.
  2. Rants: draft in Compose the moment they hit, queue for Wednesday. Never post one same-day — sleep on it once.
  3. Aircrew/GWOT: max 1 post a week, story format. It seasons the feed, it isn't the feed.
  4. Banned: corporate speak, apology posts, "like if you agree" bait, AI-sounding filler.

Content Pillars

  • Throttle — RC: crawling, racing, building, wrenching, crashes, setups
  • The Wall — Graffiti documented: history, style, culture, benching + sticker art (the product)
  • Local — Billings / Montana: Big Sky race days, shops, spots, events
  • Green Room — Cannabis, editorial only: reviews, kits, culture (21+)
  • Static — Rants & ramblings: the voice, unfiltered
  • Prompts — Writing prompts: the comment engine
  • Plants — The grow: houseplants, propagation, progress shots
  • Tinfoil — Conspiracy theories, campfire edition: the comment bait
  • Outside — Hikes, fishing, rockhounding, camping — Big Sky country
  • Diecast — Hot Wheels customs: teardowns, swaps, repaints
How each pillar gets fed
  1. Throttle: race day = 50-shot list (Photo Shoots tab). Crashes shot same day → Crash & Burn bank. RC videos → YouTube playlists, best 30s cut vertical as an FB Reel. Setup-tracker screenshots when the wrenching IS the story.
  2. The Wall: documentation and history, curator voice — wall finds, freight benching, style breakdowns, culture explainers (Writer Wednesday feeds it). Sticker designs and test prints are the product side; once physical, sticker-bombed gear in every other photo. Personal graffiti practice stays off the feed — it's meditation, not content. Never claim work, never reveal writers.
  3. Local: shoot OTHER people's rigs at Big Sky → gallery post, tag the track, drivers tag themselves → their friends see the page. Shops, walls, and events same doctrine: always tag the place.
  4. Green Room: reviews and kit unboxings (Cannabis Cup judge kit = a series). RULES: editorial only, 21+, never prices/sales/sourcing/dispensary links — that's what gets pages deleted.
  5. Static: draft rants the moment they hit, queue for Wednesday. Text-only is allowed — the voice is the product.
  6. Prompts: one prompt a week, best comment reposted Friday with credit. Feeds The Wall too — a good prompt can become a piece.
  7. Plants: weekly progress shots, before/after growth, propagation experiments, grow-log screenshots from the plants app. Time-lapse when something blooms.
  8. Tinfoil: campfire, not crusade — absurd and local beats angry and political. Bigfoot, Denver Airport, hobby-industry "coincidences", Montana lore, "wrong answers only" formats. NEVER medical / election / real-tragedy theories — FB throttles them and they poison the page.
  9. Outside: 5-shot bank per outing — trail, water, finds, camp, sky. Rockhounding hauls get flat-lay + "ID this" comment bait. Pack the TRX-4M on hikes: crawler-on-real-terrain shots are a Throttle crossover. Tag public spots only — never burn a secret dig or fishing hole.
  10. Diecast: one custom = a full arc — casting on the pegs, teardown, wheel swap, paint, reveal. HeloHavoc-livery customs tie straight into the sticker brand. Peg-hunting at Billings stores crosses into Local. Cheap, indoor, infinite rainy-day bank material.

Weekly Cadence

  • Mon — Rotating subject — pull from the Idea Bank: Throttle / Plants / Local / Green Room / Prompts, whatever's loaded
  • Wed — Street & Steel — graffiti drop (The Wall)
  • Thu — YouTube day — tease the new video, link in first comment
  • Tue / Fri / Sat / Sun — open days: random thoughts, rants, prompts, whatever's real — no obligation to post
How the week actually ships
  1. Three anchors are the floor: Mon rotation, Wed Street & Steel, Thu YouTube. Those get queued every Sunday, no exceptions. Open days only when there's something real — silence beats filler.
  2. Thursday doctrine: FB buries YouTube links. Post a 15–30s teaser clip or the best frame as the post; the YouTube link goes in the FIRST COMMENT, every time.
  3. Bank doctrine: never shoot day-of. Keep ≥10 ideas banked; shoot days (race day, river crawl, bench session) refill it.
  4. Sunday night, 30 minutes: queue the anchors in Compose with dates. The auto-publish timer posts to site + FB — the week runs itself.
  5. Timing: evenings 1800–2000 MDT when the RC/maker crowd is scrolling; the queue handles it.

90-Day Targets

  • 30d: daily posting live, 5 series running, ~100 true followers, 25 email subs
  • 60d: 500+ followers, 1 giveaway, 250+ email list
  • 90d: 1,000+ followers, first decal drop, UGC reposts, validated SaaS demand
The levers that hit these numbers
  1. Daily posting comes free from the cadence + queue above — consistency is mechanical, not willpower.
  2. Followers (the real work): 15 min/day as HeloHavoc — leave genuinely useful comments in 3 RC / maker / veteran groups, answer every comment on our posts same day, and hit FB's "invite to follow" on every post-liker weekly.
  3. Reach: share value posts (not ads) to 1 relevant group per day where rules allow. Local first: Billings/MT RC and maker groups.
  4. Email subs: every ~5th post ends with a site-signup CTA. At 60d run the giveaway: decal 3-pack, email entry required, announced across all pillars for 2 weeks.
  5. UGC (90d): ask followers to post their builds/rigs and tag the page; repost the best one weekly with credit.
  6. SaaS validation: at ~500 followers post the poll + waitlist link. 100 waitlist emails = demand validated, build the pricing page.
  7. Measure weekly: follower count, reach, email subs in a note every Sunday — if a lever isn't moving numbers in 3 weeks, swap it.

Product Ladder

  • Content (free) → builds audience
  • Decals & stickers → first physical product
  • App subscription (SaaS) → workspace suite opened to paying subscribers
Build steps
  1. Decals: finish the mascot (ComfyUI IP-Adapter + ControlNet), lock 5 designs, order test prints, check them in-hand, then first drop — email list gets it 48h before the feed.
  2. Price the drop simple: 3-pack + single, shipping included, no discounts on launch.
  3. SaaS: apps are already account-gated — remaining: pricing page, Stripe checkout, beta invites to the email list, convert the waitlist. Beta pricing grandfathered forever to reward early list.
  4. Order of operations is the ladder itself: don't ship decals before ~500 followers, don't open SaaS before the waitlist validates. Each rung funds and audiences the next.
